Books & Physical Products

All sales of books and physical products are final.

If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Digital Products

All digital products (including downloadable content, PDFs, or digital resources) are non-refundable once purchased due to the nature of digital access.

Events, Speaking Engagements & Workshops

Refund policies for events, speaking engagements, workshops, or live offerings will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise noted:

Event tickets are non-refundable
Tickets may be transferable if advance notice is provided
